HAIKU
The ancient Haiku Poem has a special structure The Poem consists of only three lines, with 17 syllables.
the first line should be five syllables-
the second should be seven syllables-
the third line should be five syllables
Although it is challenging for the writer to convey his thoughts in so few words and in this precise format, it is very rewarding. I enjoy creating the thought picture in a few lines even if not in the exact format.
The seed awaits its fate
The man that sowed it, is gone
Here now stands a tree
Time runs like a stream
We work, rest, play, it flows by
How quickly it flows by
Tuscan Villa
